This privacy policy applies to the app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Osman Yuksel (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is free to download and may contain advertisements and optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. Approximate, country-level location may be derived from your IP address for analytics and ad delivery.
The Application does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other contact information.
The Application collects anonymous usage data for analytics purposes. This data does not directly identify you and is used only to understand how the Application is used, to fix bugs, and to improve performance and features. Anonymous analytics data may include app interactions, session length, device type, operating system version, app version, language and approximate region (country level).
The Application displays advertisements using Unity LevelPlay (an ad mediation platform provided by Unity Technologies) and Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC). Through LevelPlay, ads may also be served by other ad networks that are partners of the mediation platform. These services may collect and process certain information in order to deliver, measure, limit the frequency of, and personalize ads, and to prevent fraud, such as:
On iOS, the Application asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier is used for tracking. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or under US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), the Application asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can choose not to receive personalized ads. You can also limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (on iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads). The Application does not knowingly show personalized ads to children; for users identified as children, ads are served in a non-personalized manner.

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or unlocking content) and auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information.
To deliver and restore your purchases, the Application receives limited purchase information from the store, such as the product purchased, a transaction or purchase identifier, the purchase date, and the purchase or subscription status. This information is used only to provide the content you bought, to verify purchases, and to prevent fraud.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your store account settings (on iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Uninstalling the Application does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
The Service Provider shares information only with the third-party service providers described in this privacy policy (advertising, analytics, and the app stores), and only as needed for them to provide their services. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of personalized ads as described in the "Advertising" section above. You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.
Anonymous analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Data collected by third-party providers is retained according to their own privacy policies. If you would like the Service Provider to delete any data related to you, please contact them at osmanyuksel@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider (osmanyuksel@gmail.com) so that they can take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personal information in your country (in some countries your parent or guardian may do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
